The music lives on as OUTVILE returns from the Ukraine to take TikiTown by storm. The project takes shape in a very big way as the business meetings for the band are also going very well. Scott Mathews reports, “I feel like I’m making a movie. Every scene is viewed from all angles and it’s looking unbelievable.”
