Tim Lang - back in the house. This time for a longer stay to finish work on his first official release. Sessions went swimmingly with Tim and Scott playing all the instruments, except for the string section which is Tom Luekens' world (along with being the baddest engineer in the biz). Plans are made for the master mastering engineer, the great Vlado Meller to do his magic in early March. TikiTown looks forward to many more productive visits from young Tim.

Colin Gilmore made the trek from Austin city limits to lay down a single with Scott for the upcoming SXSW music conference. He is performing at with his father, Jimmie Dale Gilmore, at the Austin Music Hall. Being an unofficial member of the Mathews family, Colin spent a couple days with them and a splendid time was had by all.
